At our headquarters in Zweibrücken, we have been developing, designing and manufacturing centrifugal pumps for special applications for over 30 years, specialising in submersible motor pumps for mining, petrochemicals, gas caverns, general industry and offshore and water applications. Also for over 30 years we have been developing, designing and producing high-performance special valves, ball valves and customised valves for the chemical and petrochemical industries and plant engineering, among others. We also have suitable valve solutions in our portfolio for other industries - designed and manufactured according to individual customer requirements.

In addition to the supply of cross-manufacturer spare parts and the production of conversions in the field of mechanics and flow hydraulics, we offer our customers a variety of retrofit solutions in combination with reverse engineering and thus find a suitable, customised solution for every task.

Clerk - After Sales Service (m/f/d)

We are looking for a clerk (m/f/d) to support our after-sales service

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/industrial engineering or comparable
• Alternatively: enrolled students in the final phase of their studies
  (the possibility of a student thesis is given)
• Basic knowledge of turbomachinery or valve technology is an advantage
• Ability to interpret technical drawings is an advantage
• Initial experience in project management is an advantage
• Independence and enjoyment of working in a team
• Good knowledge of English is a prerequisite for this position
• Open-mindedness towards international cooperation
• Enjoy sales activities and dealing with customers
• Enjoy developing solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Tasks:

• Preparation of quotations and processing of orders
• Management and maintenance of customer data records
• Planning and managing spare parts projects
• Planning and managing the repair of customer machines/valves
• Planning and coordination of field installations
• Negotiation of framework agreements
• Pre- and post-calculation
• Advising customers on spare parts management
• Acquisition of repair and retrofit orders

Design Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a design engineer (m/f/d) to support us

Your profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering (m/f/d)
• Alternatively: Degree as a technician
• Expertise in the strength calculation of valves
• Good knowledge of the relevant standards in pressure vessel construction
• Good CAD knowledge (ideally SolidWorks)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work independently, flexibility and enjoy working in a team
• Enjoy developing solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Tasks:

• Further development and optimisation of our ball valves and special valves
• Order-related design of valves
• Customised product adaptations
• Optimisation of existing series
• Redesigning our products while taking costs and deadlines into account
• Standardisation
